About Us

DiVernieri, DiVernieri and Cotter, LLP is proud to be a family owned firm that can trace its roots on Staten Island back to 1949. Founding partner, Hon. Pasquale E. DiVernieri, worked as a general practitioner before establishing his own firm in 1958. In addition to maintaining a private practice, Pat DiVernieri served as both an Assistant District Attorney in Richmond County and a Justice of the New York State Supreme Court.
